jazzybam: Fixies, Bond films, Bacon, Beer, Coffee, Donuts, Graffiti, Graveyards & Mustaches Dave and I took another trip over to Bristol to see Ben who was kind enough to put us up for a few days. There’s usually an event on when we travel down but this time we took it easy and just chilled out. I took my 550D to document as well as my Minolta X 300 (Pictures from that will be up soon). Here’s what I got! The view from Ben’s flat Tokina 10-17mm test shots Ben introduced us to Laura & Taff, 2 lovely Brizzle folk who love their cameras.We talked about camera’s, lenses, film and their awesome cat, Pickle over a spot of tea and some ginger snaps.  Laura helped me load my Minolta and Taff was kind enough to give me some expired film, as well as a bit of a play with the Tokina which I will hopefully be buying soon. Krispy Kreme is always necessary in Bristol Ben And it wouldn’t be Bristol without some fixie shots. Ben bought himself a bright orange No Logo fixie from Bristol Dropouts. We were going to get some really nice pictures of it but ended up not having the time or the organisation skills. Still, it gives us an excuse for another trip. We did managed to get a few nice close ups before we had to head off though Cheers to everyone we met up with over there!Hopefully we’ll see you all again soon. That was a quality weekend. It was over far too soon.
